  They told us our lawnmower would cost more to fix than it was worth, sold us a new one and didn't give us our old one back. When we said we wanted the old one back they told us that a mechanic took it home (!!) and would bring it back the next day. Turns out we got our old lawnmower back and it works perfectly fine. Of course we already had bought one from them to replace the old one that they said wouldn't run again. Wouldn't go back to this place for anything. Not honest at all.

  Flipped my Scag mower over after some routine maintenance while loading it onto my trailer. Their response was very caring and professional. First they made sure I was ok . Then they concentrated on getting me back up and running, and to do it in such a way as to not make me feel like a nitwit. They kept the mower, had service go through it to make sure everything was ok and then delivered it to my home at no extra charge. They turned a scary situation into a very pleasant experience. GREAT BUNCH.
